One Week Menu for a Vegan and Omnivore Family

Fill your own Tortilla
Here's a week of menus planned for a family with some Vegans and some Omnivores. Each meal is complete & planned for the Vegan, with an Omnivore "extra" added as a side-dish or added ingredient. (In the future, I hope to feature a menu which is designed for the Omnivore, with a Vegan innovation).

Sunday: Fill your Own Tortilla -with a selection of Vegan & Non-Vegan Fillings, Chips, Salsa

Vegan Black Bean Burrito

Monday: Orzo Pilaf, Peas, Salad, Grilled Pork Chop

Tuesday: Chili Cornbread Casserole, Slaw, Grilled Hamburger

  1. Awesome - as usual!
I think I am going to have to try a Corn Bread Casserole in my future! :)

o/t but...do you participate in any Vegan Food Swaps, by chance?

    1. I haven't ever joined one. I make nearly everything from scratch - so anyone who paired up with me on a swap might get a bunch of homemade mixes! And the shipping on that would probably be prohibitive : (
