Springtime Vegan Meals for a Week

Springtime Vegan Week's Menu
With the weather getting warmer, it's time for some lighter food that takes advantage of the greater supply of fresh vegetables. But not too light - there can still be a chill in the air!

Here are a few ideas for this week's menu.
